オーナーのトニー・ミドルトンは、オーストラリア出身で、日本に20年以上住むバイクと食の愛好家です。会話レベルの日本語を話し、英語でのおしゃべりも大歓迎！英語を練習したい方にもぴったりです。資格を持ったメカニックでもあるトニーは、バイクのちょっとしたトラブルをその場で修理可能。健康志向で手頃な価格の料理に情熱を注ぎ、質と価値を兼ね備えたカフェを作り上げました。

Our owner, Tony Middleton, is an Australian who’s been calling Japan home for over 20 years. A charismatic foodie and certified mechanic, Tony speaks conversational Japanese and loves connecting with guests in English—perfect for practicing your language skills! Got a minor bike issue? Tony’s got you covered with quick fixes right at the cafe. His passion for healthy, affordable cuisine shines through in every dish, making Hard Bike Cafe a place where quality meets value.
